Roots and Traditions

I should say as humans, we must refuse to let our identity go, which is often reflected by our “Roots and Traditions” I don’t care if you’re from a village in Africa, Italian, Brazilian, etc, we must make an effort to learn from our roots, maintain our traditions and as funny as this may sound, ask your parents or grandparents to teach you how to cook the unique dishes that only they can cook in a very special way. Often with our fast paced life we tend to forget the traditions that have been passed to us by previous generations and that will be lost I time if we don’t keep them alive.
